The past (almost) four years at REA have been such a great journey of growth, learning, and new opportunities. I’ve taken on new responsibilities and felt truly recognised for my contributions. One of the things I really appreciate about REA group is the flexibility—being able to balance work and home life. As a parent, I love that REA is so family-friendly, even allowing kids in the office during school holidays—something my son absolutely looks forward to! REA also does a lot to support women in Tech, and I’ve been lucky to be part of many of those initiatives, giving me the chance to give back to the community and do something I’m passionate about. As an expat of Indian heritage, I’ve also had the amazing opportunity to organise company-wide Diwali celebrations, fully supported by REA. It’s been such a rewarding experience to bring people together, share my culture, and see how open and inclusive everyone is. I’m really excited to see where my journey at REA takes me next!
