Key Responsibilities:
As an integral part of our Recruitment Team, your role will involve collaborating closely with our Relationship Managers. You will have the responsibility of managing the entire process for IT contract and permanent recruitment services. This includes identifying and acquiring top IT talent through multiple channels, delivering outstanding customer service, nurturing and sustaining strong connections with both candidates and clients, and staying informed about industry trends to enhance our understanding of our clients' requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• A proven track record in end-to-end IT recruitment, including candidate resourcing for large-scale accounts.
• Strong passion for technology and IT industry trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• An innovative mindset and a drive to make a difference.
• Experience with Bullhorn CRM is a bonus but not mandatory.
