As the Demand Centre Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with the workflow through RDA systems. You will also work in conjunction with the After Sales Manager and Customer Support Representatives to ensure all work is complete in accordance with the Land 121 and L400 Support Contracts.

As a Demand Centre Administrator, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:

  • Acknowledge customer supply requests and clarify requirements either via email or phone;
  • Organise with pre-approved suppliers for a quote for supplies;
  • Receive and evaluate quotes, in consultation with Procurement;
  • Prepare and submit a quote to the customer for the supply of materials;
  • Enter purchase orders and requisitions into SAP;
  • Work in consultation with Procurement and Finance to ensure efficient and effective processing of the purchase, delivery and payment of materials;
  • Manage the sales order return process;
  • Manage the short shipment process to assit with claiming credits from RMMV for missing items in deliveries;
  • Prepare monthly and manual invoices;
  • Work closely with the TLS Maintenance Systems and Data Controller;
  • Ensure spare parts team are processing warranty sales orders in SAP correctly;
  • Liase with the TLS Repair team when processing warranty invoices;
  • Perform specific manual invoicing when required;
  • Prepare warranty invoicing;
  • Other duties as directed by The after Sales Manager and Demand Centre Administration Manager.

About your new team

This role will report to our Spare Parts Manager and will work alongside four Spare Parts Specialists, and a Materials and Supply Officer. You will be part of a supportive and good-humored team who are based in offices in our Production building. This role will be based full time at our Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence in Redbank.

  • High attention to detail;

  • Accuracy in data entry;
  • Demonstrated experience within a complex environment, preferably working with trade and stores staff and coordinating stores or repair parts;
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and databases;
  • Must be eligible to obtain an Australian Defense Security Clearance – Baseline Vetting;
  • Ability to travel interstate and Overseas when required; and
  • Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (must hold Australian Citizenship).
