ABOUT YOU
  • Demonstrable junior-intermediate estimating experience in quantity surveying, or estimating, with exposure to construction operations being advantageous
  • Possession of relevant degree qualification(s) either completed or currently studying
  • Familiarity with building trades
  • Self-motivated with a passion for advancing knowledge and a career in construction
THE ROLE

Under the mentorship of our experienced Estimating Manager, you will play a vital role in the tender process for projects across multiple sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Utilising Buildsoft Estimating Software proficiently
  • Procuring subcontractors
  • Navigating tender processes
  • Preparing tender measurements and submissions
  • Creating cost plans, budgets, and detailed estimates
  • Assessing material and labour costs
  • Conducting tender presentations to client
