This Opportunity
This position will create and maintain planned maintenance activities
across our treatment plant asset base.
The duties of this role mean your work will cover the greater Northern
and North-Western Regions of Tasmania, therefore, this position can be based in
Launceston or Devonport, with opportunities to work in our remote plants and
depots, as well as hybrid from home arrangements.
This is a permanent position which offers availability to work full time, part time or job share. Flexible start and finish times and Rostered Day Off arrangements are also available so you can do the things that matter to you.
Key Accountabilities
- Help produce the annual Planned Maintenance Program, covering 500,000 assets with an estimated resource requirements of greater than 100,000 hours per year.
- Develop failure mode-based maintenance strategies using Strategy Optimiser.
- Implement planned maintenance activities in Maximo and handover to Service Delivery.
- Use Maximo data to analyse asset performance and monitor the effectiveness of activities, balancing asset cost, risk and performance.
- Act as the Maximo Subject Matter Expert and key interface with Service Delivery for planned maintenance.
- Liaise with Service Delivery and promote consistent maintenance practices across similar asset classes in line with the Asset Maintenance Strategy.
The Details
The position attracts a total remuneration package
of $99,000 – $110,000 total package (including superannuation).
