About the role:

Amazing role within a high performing, fast moving environment where no two days will be the same! You will team coordinator for the Commercial team, directly supporting our Executive General Manager Commercial and be responsible for event marketing within the Commercial team.

Key activities in this role will be;

• Diary and Travel Management for Exec General Manager Commercial
• Meeting bookings, organization of CLT meetings
• Developing and sharing information for the Commercial team and ensure the appropriate channels are utilized
• Assisting with monthly reporting where required
• Organising meetings, training and sales events
• Organising events including annual sales conference, Aviation show and trade shows
• Working closely with the marketing team to assist with marketing activity for the team
• Developing small marketing campaigns with various lines of business
• Producing and updating marketing content for the Viva Energy website

About you:

You will love working in fast paced environment with a talent to support senior team members supporting and pre-empting their needs ensuring there are no surprises along the way. You will have demonstrated ability to manage and balance competing priorities. You will be customer centric and have the ability to develop strong working relationships. You will have high attention to detail and strong organisational skills with the confidence, good judgment an ability to influence. You will have expertise supporting in the executive arena with Event Management and Marketing experience desired (or a strong interest in marketing). You will have great prioritising, planning, organising and communication skills with high attention to detail.
