About Water Corporation

Join the only graduate program in Western Australia where you’d gain a variety of valuable skills and experience across a range of business functions, rather than just one area.

Starting in February 2022, Water Corporation could offer you a three-year Graduate Development Program that includes extensive on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching, and a range of personal and professional development opportunities.

As a graduate with Water Corporation, you’d be joining the principal supplier of water, wastewater, and drainage services across Western Australia.

Could this be you?

Time to flex your Chemical Engineering degree?

As a graduate in Chemical Engineering , you’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of business functions, such as water quality, wastewater treatment, process engineering, desalination and planning. Offering three rotations, our program is designed to provide you with a solid foundation for a successful career. You’ll have the opportunity to work in diverse teams and develop your thinking, self-awareness and your communication skills even further.

You’ll benefit from working with experienced professionals. Many, like you, have come through the graduate program and grown their skills and knowledge to take on more diverse and complex roles.
