About the team

Brew Digital is a talented team who have grown to a team of 54 people. With expertise spanning across digital marketing, developers, project managers and designers. You will be working closely with the teams to organise and support and will be instrumental in the day to day operations supporting the head of Operations.

About the role

The role of the operations coordinator will provide support in a number of different areas which are a mix of office administration and supporting the operations team but also touch on organising teams and assisting the project managers. The role is based in Norwich and would be in the office hybrid (3 days a week).

The position will drive efficiency but also look for opportunities to help or improve and implement new processes.


What you'll be doing

-Managing day to day office-related activities to ensure a safe, friendly and inclusive environment (e.g. H&S, cleanliness standards, security)
-Organise and manage procurement of office supplies and services
-Day to day liaison with wider building management operations and services
-Work with Head of Operations and talent team on first-stage recruitment activities; reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews with hiring manager
-Supporting staff wellbeing for all new starters into the business, acting as their first point of contact
-Supporting all functions of the business to work together
-Plan and deliver company events and assist in travel arrangements for business travel as needed
-Track and manage resource documents for the company
-Provide feedback to Head of Operations on process and service improvement within remit.
-Assisting with Project Management processes and documentation when needed
-Monitor and report on timesheets by employees to The senior leadership team
-Assist with the creation, implementation and adoption of process changes
-Ad-hoc data analysis & reporting of monthly time sheets to support business decisions
-Assisting Project Managers with monthly reports, ensuring invoices are raised etc
-Preparing budgets for office spend and events for management to review


What we're looking for

-Experience within a similar operations coordination role
-Extensive experience of managing diaries via Google Office tools and apps.
-Highly proficient in the Google Workplace apps
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-Strong organisation skills
-Ability to manage multiple activities at one time
-Any experience working for a tech company would be an advantage but is not essential
