As a Process Governance Intern you will support the management of the business processes that underpin the manufacture of a critical and complex pharmaceutical drug product. You will work accross three sterile manufacturing plants by supporting Governance networks that are responsible for maintaining existing business process; defining and owning process training; managing and delivering process improvement.

The Process Governance Intern supports across manufacturing and enabling operations, including manufacturing; planning; Internal logistics; facility & environmental control. The role offers experience at a large pharmaceutical manufacturing facility and will expose the candidate to organisational management principles including Risk Management; Quality Management; Lean & Organisational Effectiveness.

Technical skills required

  • Organisational skills.
  • Good competency in Microsoft office products.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Candidate should be good at communication and comfortable organising calls / meetings with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate as well as work independently.
  • Team oriented and flexible; ability to respond quickly to shifting demands and opportunities
