Job Description:
Reporting to the UK SHE Training Manager and working in the FM/SHE Training and Support team that provides an efficient, coordinated, and comprehensive support service to Macclesfield FM and in the areas of business administration, SHE Training and Information and support to elements of the FM/SHE Management Systems.
They will work alongside the UK Operations Training Team to own, plan, co-ordinate and deliver a specific piece of work to implement Macclesfield Facilities Management third party supplier training framework onto the AstraZeneca Learning Management System to ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory training requirements. The role holder will be responsible for the administration of training and events including scheduling, pre and post course work, production of course materials as appropriate etc.
Key Accountabilities:
Working with the UK Operations Training team and key contacts in the FM partner supplier organisations to own, plan and co-ordinate their activities to deliver a specific piece of work to set up and implement a structure for FM supplier employees on the AZ LMS (Cornerstone) to handle their compliance/regulatory training and document reads in alignment with standard approaches and processes, within the delivery timescales required.
Be responsible for the complete co-ordination of SHE training and events including scheduling, pre and post course work, trainer liaison, production of course materials as appropriate etc
Creation and set up of sessions/classes required to allow employees to book onto training via Cornerstone
Ensuring accurate and timely reporting on SHE Training events as required - scheduling and producing reports which managers are unable to access allowing them to supervise the training and compliance data for their teams
Ensure quality of training meets the required standard and own the quality of external suppliers in line with AstraZeneca standards for owned courses, initiating remedial action if required.
Provide support as required to the FM/SHE management systems eg. Administration support for audits, maintenance of data
Adheres to team standardised ways of working and standard working instructions.
Provide administrative support for FM initiatives where required
Maintaining spreadsheets, databases and secure records
Crucial Requirement:
Considerable level of administrator experience
Experience of Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone)
Experience of working in an office environment and high level of competence using all Microsoft Office packages
Good planning and interpersonal skills
Able to demonstrate analytical thinking and able to use judgment in resolving problems and making recommendations, using own initiative
Shown experience of excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidentially with others
Experience in Project Administration (Essential)
Desirable Requirement:
An awareness of working within a GMP/manufacturing and/or pharmaceutical environment industry would be advantageous
