Are you ready to Join us as a Regional Business Manager within our CVRM division of the Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit? This role is pivotal in delivering regional sales targets, developing team performance, and ensuring operational excellence in the implementation of regional plans. You will also support the development of regional access and the implementation of agreed clinical practice change partnerships and programs. Accountabilities:

As a Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of regional sales targets, accountable regional budget management, and the coaching and development of your team. You will also be accountable for the execution of the regional plan, managing the effective deployment of resources and integration of the omnichannel strategy. Your role will involve engagement with key primary care network stakeholders to identify opportunities for practice change at scale, supporting your team with advocacy development and mobilising key stakeholders. You will also ensure your team's compliance with AZ governance framework and ABPI Code of Practice.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Business qualification or educated to degree level
  • ABPI qualified
  • Full driving license
  • Experience of working in the NHS or a pharmaceutical industry role within Sales
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing people
  • Self-starter, problem solver, responsible for own actions and results
  • Active IDP working towards Line Management or previous Line Management Experience

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Wellard’s NHS Diploma
  • Experience of Partnering with NHS Stakeholders
