As an Organisational Change Management and Comms Lead, you will be working with the Commercial IT leadership team, supporting the successful delivery of global initiatives for Change Management and continuous improvement across all business units of Commercial IT and multi-functional IT. This role offers the opportunity to take change led operations to a new level, implementing innovative and efficient ways of working.

Accountabilities:

Your role will involve leading organisational change & communications plans, helping senior leaders deliver engaging communications, handling the internal Commercial IT portal, surveys, and related action tracking and follow-ups. You will also collaborate with the Commercial IT and cross IT organisation to gather and analyse relevant information to foster into change and communication plan. Furthermore, you will support business impact assessment, identifying risks and issues that may affect current and future business units and roles, and build business readiness plan.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Degree level education
  • Prior experience in an Information Services/Information Technology environment with good business acumen
  • Experience in change management with proven ability to deliver global change initiatives
  • Corporate and internal communications experience
  • Proven ability to relate and respond to business needs in an IT environment
  • Experience in working in a technology/software delivery environment
  • Experience third party suppliers and have strong network and consulting skills
  • Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams
  • Relationship building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good influencing, networking and team working skills
  • Skills in planning, change management and problem solving
  • Proficiency in creating visually appealing & engaging materials and artefacts such as presentations, infographics and videos to convey complex IT concepts
  • Ability to negotiation expectations with complex groups
  • Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language and vice versa
  • Resilient and able to take care of ambiguity
  • Proficiency with digital platforms and tools to effectively build and disseminate information

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in working in an Agile delivery organisation
  • Knowledge of bio-pharma industry
  • Experience with Digital and CRM technologies
  • Able to work and connect with globally distributed teams
  • Ability to partner and work in a matrix organisation
  • Communications service providers
  • Skills in creating training material
  • Identifying potential risks and resistance to change and communication efforts
