How you’ll change it up

As an experienced Customer Project Manager will initially be responsible for the end-to-end project delivery to onboard and integrate CityFibre’s residential products and services with our clients. This is a client facing role, where you will be responsible for overseeing the project plan and ensuring the timely delivery of all necessary components for successful execution

Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:

You'll be responsible for delivering API and systems integration, network deployment, service transition, and ensuring in-delivery performance management for our customer onboarding process.

As the owner of the comprehensive customer delivery plan, you'll oversee both the continuous RFS production in current cities and the integration of new customers in emerging locations. Your role involves capturing client product and service requirements, managing them through to delivery, and refining our internal and external customer reporting mechanisms.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Familiar with developing and implementing Service Management / Service Design in a supplier/client environment
  • Demonstrable experience delivering overall projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience in managing risks, issues, reporting and chairing stakeholder and workstream meetings
  • Appreciation of billing systems and processes and ensuring these are compliant with contractual terms
