Our colleagues and their interests are what make eyeo great, and we hold bi-weekly open spaces for colleague-led knowledge sharing.

• We offer maternity and paternity leave to all colleagues, regardless of where they are based. Once your little one arrives, eyeo offers a monthly childcare stipend for the daycare (Kita in Germany) of your choice.
• Your happiness is important, and we know work isn’t everything. We offer flexible working hours and 26 holidays to all full-time colleagues.
• Work from wherever you’re comfortable. Many of our colleagues work remotely full-time, and so can you. As long as you have access to Wi-Fi, you can work from anywhere you please.
