We are currently forward planning for any future roles that may come up to join our Customer Service Team as an Area Station Care team member based in the Shenfield/Southend area. This advert is for future positions. This is a static role.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed colleague to provide our customers with effective service, whilst ensuring safe and punctual dispatch of trains. In addition, you will be responsible for completing security checks, passenger assistance and lost property across a group of 13 stations; as well as regular fault reporting and ensuring that various media across the stations are in-date and in good repair. As this is an area-based role, a full driving licence will be vital in order to make use of a company vehicle as required.

This role involves early starts and late finishes as well as weekend and bank holiday working and entails an average of 35 hours per week. The suitable candidate must be able to get to early shifts by their own means of transport. Earliest start is from 0545 with the latest finish by 2130.
