An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Revenue Protection team for a Revenue Protection Administrator based at London Liverpool Street.

The Role

The key focus of this position revolves around delivering administrative assistance to the Senior Support Manager as well as the Depot Managers within the designated realm. The responsibilities primarily include aiding in the issuance and allocation of orders and equipment, organising logistics, meticulously documenting and comprehending crucial information, and ensuring that all rosters adhere to the stipulated Terms and Conditions and Guidelines in relation to excessive hours and fatigue management.

Key responsibilities

- Attend and take notes in disciplinary hearings, as well as other meetings.

- Aid in the issuance and distribution of orders, equipment, and uniforms.

- Provide coverage for roster support during periods when employees are on annual leave.

- Assist with various tasks including eBis ordering and compiling reports.

- Support the Local Management Teams and Senior Support Manager with general administrative duties.

- Create and post rosters within the designated timeframe while providing coverage.

- Make prompt and efficient changes to rosters when necessary due to sickness, leave, etc.

- Assist the Prosecutions Team with data input.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in an administrative capacity. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in IT, specifically with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. We are looking for someone with the ability to have organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, in order to meet challenging deadlines.

Effective written and verbal communication skills are needed for notetaking, along with a proactive problem-solving approach. The ideal candidate should have experience with computer-based programs for rostering large teams. as is previous experience in an administrative role as well as familiarity with basic GDPR regulations.

The suitable candidate will need to be flexible and adaptable and have the ability to produce comprehensive notes and minutes of meetings and hearings.

This role is primarily based at Liverpool Street but may require travel to other areas of the business as and when required.
