The role will be responsible for the continued optimization and sustainment of the ADP Global View solution and its integration with Oracle HCM cloud solution, ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and effectiveness of the platform and the end-to-end experience for our 260K+ employees globally.

As a Product Associate in the International Product Pay Team, you will play a key role in the continued innovation and sustainment of the ADP Global View Payroll and Oracle HCM cloud application, related suite of applications and business processes. You will work with a diverse group of stakeholders to execute and implement the ongoing technology strategy that will enable the Global HR organization. As part of our firm’s commitment to innovation, we have launched the Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud Initiative. This program is transforming the employee and manager experience, advancing analytics insights, and simplifying processes and technology infrastructure. This role provides a significant opportunity to simplify, personalize, and digitize the employee experience from recruit to retire.

Job responsibilities

  • Owns the end-to-end experience for stakeholders and by partnering to understand the needs and practices of all groups who interact with the aligned product
  • Collects business requirements and translates them into Product backlog
  • Crafts user stories for technology teams with a reference to functionalities like Oracle to ADP Payroll Interface, Oracle HCM payroll elements, integrations, reporting or compensation modules
  • Prioritizes the product backlog; Partners with the different teams to impact analysis for future investments and current items and drive towards success
  • Holds responsibility for the product’s experience including operations, technology, and data – knows expectations and areas of opportunity by key persona

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Relevant experience in end-to-end payroll and Oracle product owner in a sizeable global organization
  • Experience and Ability to maintain a product backlog, and write user stories and epics
  • End-to-end payroll understanding from Payroll processes or implementing ADP Global View
  • Ability to write test scenarios, test cases and partner with business users to execute/conclude testing.
  • Ability to identify solutions to business problems utilizing data, process, and digital assets
  • Proven track record of delivery; ability to drive concepts to execution
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and navigate multiple tasks running in parallel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to represent the product to stakeholders
  • Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented work ethic
  • Customer obsessed – develops deep empathy and understanding in service of creating frictionless end-to-end experience
