The International Benefits team is part of Human Resources and is responsible for the strategy, design and analysis of the Firm’s pension, benefit and wellness programs outside of the US. The team works with colleagues and advisers in 60+ locations to review and design competitive benefit strategies, and to provide oversight and analysis. Currently, the firm has approximately 125,000 employees in the International space.

As an International Pensions & Benefits Data Associate within our Human Resources Department, you will play a crucial role in analyzing international spend data and creating reports for senior management. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to our team's strategic decisions and to grow professionally in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Analyses international spend data and prepare reporting for senior management awareness and support budgeting process with finance
  • Analyses and propose changes to the value of benefit related cash allowances across the region to ensure they remain market aligned.
  • Analyses employee feedback and use this to recommend enhancements to employee communication materials.
  • Supports the team to review location benefits strategies, analyze programs versus market data and the firm’s benefits philosophy, and design new or enhanced benefits where gaps are identified.
  • Helps prepare costed proposals for presentation of new/enhanced benefits to senior leaders
  • Manages project management and analytical support for global review projects and data promoten exercises
  • Supports the Pensions, Benefits and Wellness team in responding to employee queries in relation to the programs and offerings
  • Provides support to the broader pension and benefits team on other projects and governance activities as required. This could include work on audit related activities, preparing papers and governance documents for pension Boards and collation/review of benefits data.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Ideal candidate will have been closely involved with data analysis related to pension and benefits programmes, either as part of an in-house team or consultancy.
  • Strong team player with excellent organizational and project management skills, used to managing varied priorities in a high paced environment, with ability to take ownership of projects, and be proactive
  • Analytical - a problem solver with ability to make decisions with high attention to detail and based on a thorough understanding of the relevant facts
  • Relationship builder and an effective communicator who is able to translate data driven conclusions into compelling narratives
  • Flexible outlook and approach to work across different locations and cultures
  • Desire to learn new skills and take on new challenges

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Pensions and benefits experience
  • Other relevant data analysis experience, ideally within an HR context will be considered
