As a Client Engagement & Events Management Analyst you will partner with marketing & communications, business stakeholders and other lines of business to deliver strategic event opportunities designed to drive client and prospect engagement across our growing international footprint. This role will provide support across International events and client initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, self-motivated, detail orientated, metrics driven and possess a genuinely proactive attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

  • This role involves supporting the International Client Engagement and Events team to provide full assistance on all event related activity
  • Primarily this assistance relates to working on event-specific databases, event calendar maintenance, event collateral and delegate management and reporting
  • Management of attendee nominations, tracking of event performance and reporting on a regular cadence
  • Management of corporate hospitality & ticketing processes, ensure all ticket use are properly reported.
  • Manage and instruct internal and external vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality and value standards are maintained
  • Execute quality output under tight deadlines
  • Provide event on-site support

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Relevant experience in events, marketing or a related field, preferably with a financial firm
  • Superior oral and written communication and analytical skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is imperative in this role
  • Ability to problem solve/think independently
