As an Associate in the Digital Product team, you will partner closely with Clients, Product Development, Tech and Ops, as well as other functional partners to deliver the digital strategy within Trading Services.

Job Summary:

As an Associate in the Digital Product team, you will partner closely with Clients, Product Development, Tech and Ops, as well as other functional partners to deliver the digital strategy within Trading Services. You will be working alongside internal and external providers of digital asset platforms, namely Onyx by JPMorgan.

Job responsibilities:

  • Working with the Digital Product team to execute the digital strategy and set the product agenda
  • Building business cases for new products
  • Measuring, managing and owning the success criteria associated to the digital products
  • Representing the Digital Product team at industry events and conferences
  • Working closely with client facing teams to gather business requirements
  • Engaging in market research to understand emerging trends and needs for the Trading Services client base

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Strong presentation skills and communication skills - Ability to organize, communicate with, and influence a range of audiences internally and externally; expectation to display exceptional logical writing and verbal communication skills, including ability to convey complex ideas simply
  • Change Management - Experience in delivering a change agenda and developing innovative solutions to new challenges

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Experience in Financial Services particularly within a product management role
  • Experience in developing new products
  • Awareness and interest in technology innovations that support the digital agenda
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
