Introduction
Global Liquidity & Account Shared Services (GLASS) is a multi-year transformation program that encompasses the migration from legacy liquidity platforms to a new strategic platform which leverages new technologies to enable product innovation, big data analytics, and globally consistent, user-friendly cash management solutions for multi-national corporations and financial institutions. The role is within the GLASS Product development team and involves partnering with stakeholders from all regions and all lines of business across the firm.
Job Summary

As a Product Associate in Global Liquidity and Account Services, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. As a valued member of the team, you have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, making a tangible impact on our products and customer experiences.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop core understanding of the Global Liquidity & Escrow product suite and business priorities
  • Own product within an agile product delivery program with focus on transformation of liquidity products and solutions for seamless client migrations
  • Contribute to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
  • Partner with functional and cross line of business stakeholders in identifying opportunities to enhance product capabilities, increase client increase and drive automation of processes.
  • Lead updates on key deliverables, issues and opportunities to program team, management and key stakeholders
  • Identify, manage and mitigate key issues and risks related to product development activities
  • Partner with regional product teams on all readiness activities for new client opportunities and existing migrations

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Communication skills both verbal and written to presentation level
  • Intellectual curious with a ‘constant improvement’ mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of product development life cycle and agile development methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated experience in a similar role

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience of business transformation programs utilising agile methodologies preferred.
  • Prior Liquidity or Account Services product knowledge/experience beneficial
