As a Fund Servicing Senior Associate in the Fund Accounting Implementations team, you will be responsible for internal Net Asset Value Distribution platform for fund/share class activities ensuring timely & accurate set-up and also the processing of fund transactional events such as Transitions, Mergers & or Redemption In Kinds on our accounting platform. In addition, you will have Team Management responsibilities including team development and planning.

Job responsibilities

  • Is a primary internal point of contact, working closely with internal teams, for Implementation activity across all Fund Ranges for multiple key Clients within Fund Accounting
  • Performs oversight and support for new share class/fund launch set-up on JPMorgan Net Asset Value Distribution Platform for new and existing clients
  • Processes Fund Events e.g. Mergers and In-Kinds, on JPMorgan Accounting platform
  • Represents JPMorgan across service and change discussions for Fund Accounting
  • Is a client facing subject matter expert for Fund Events
  • Is responsible for adherence to all Service Level Agreements, departmental procedures, policies, checkpoints, controls and regulatory requirements
  • Participates and contributes to strategic operational initiatives and enhancements
