As a Lead Solutions Analyst in Digital Document Services Engineering Team, you will play a central role in driving the success of our technical program delivery. Your deep understanding of applications, platforms, and products will position you as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Utilizing advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency, you will translate complex business requirements into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives. As a technical subject matter expert, you'll navigate ambiguity, manage change effectively, and communicate compellingly with diverse stakeholder audiences to ensure the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects
  • Oversee the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure
  • Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives
  • Mentor and guide team members in the application of technical writing and analytical reasoning skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Elicit requirements, analyze and work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. Create documents, analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs. Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges, ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences.
  • Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions, ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement and recommend process improvements and assist in implementation.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and data application, including hands-on experience with major data visualization platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques, with experience in developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insights
  • Proven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutions
  • Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projects.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Power point and Word etc.
  • Hand on with Agile Methodology and ceremonies, ability to write analysis stories
  • Hand on experience in large data sets analysis, reporting and MIS reporting

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous.
