Our Securities Services Operations Transformation team is embarking on a strategically important global, multi-year program to improve operational scale and efficiency and drive improved margin and profitability for the lines of business.

As a Program Management - Executive Director, in the Securities Services Operations - Transformation team you will be instrumental to define the strategy, develop execution plans and manage change programs across Product Development, Operations and Technology stakeholders. In this role you will also have a chance to use your strong communication skills combined with outstanding executive presentation skills, with the ability to bring people together and face off to colleagues at all levels of the organization.

Job responsibilities

• Leads and manages end-to-end projects, from initiation to implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards - Project Management

• Works closely with external vendors to ensure service excellence and timely delivery of outsourced components, while effectively managing vendor relationships - Vendor Management
• Facilitates smooth transitions during system upgrades, process changes, and organizational restructuring, ensuring minimal disruption to operations - Change Management
• Stays abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies within the securities services domain to provide strategic insights and ensure JP Morgan's competitiveness - Industry Awareness

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Portfolio/Program Manager or in a similar leadership role within securities services operations or financial services
• Strong understanding of securities operations, including fund asset management, settlement, custody, and corporate actions
• Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best
• Demonstrates a positive ‘can-do’ attitude’ and contribute to an energetic and motivated team environment with a strong sense of urgency and work ethic
• A team player who is flexible and can maintain both a positive attitude and high level of performance in demanding/time-sensitive initiatives
