As Agency Securities Finance Corporate Actions Associate within Agency Securities Finance Operations Team you will be focused on the management of client assets, ensuring clients receive the correct entitlements resulting from a corporate action. You will help maximise revenue bot both clients and JPM. In this role you will be deadline driven and require a high level of risk awareness. You will be also required to be flexible during peak operational times. 

Job responsibilities

• Understands and prepares cross system “broker/client” reconciliations
• Executes intricate client entitlement calculations
• Processes payments and executes claims
• Investigates cash (Nostro) & stock break
• Works to meet strict intraday deadlines
• Manages relationships with multiple stakeholders including third party custodians, brokers, client relationship managers and other internal teams
• Accurately manages risk involved in all types of voluntary corporate actions
• Investigates market & corporate, locates arbitrage opportunities for the trade desk
• Reports and provides high level summaries to senior management
