We are seeking a Consumer Programmes Analyst to join our exceptional Data & Analytics Team. As a part of this role, you will be accountable for providing data, reports, and valuable insights regarding the Consumer programmes within the market. Your primary focus will be collaborating closely with various internal teams, including Consumer Experience and Customer Service Center. You will play a crucial role in assisting the business in comprehending programme performance and its effect on the consumer journey, enabling data-driven decision-making!

Your ‘day to day’
  • In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading the analytics for our Consumer Retention Programmes and Retention Surveys. You will be the main point of contact for ensuring availability of reporting, maintaining data quality and accuracy for all retention related data. Additionally, you will conduct in-depth analyses to understand consumer retention trends and suggest ways to enhance retention programs. Your insights will also shed light on the relationship between retention metrics, consumer programs, and the consumer journey.
  • As the Consumer Analyst, you’ll provide insights on a wide range of subjects related to the consumer journey according to ever changing business needs.
  • You’ll demonstrate a proactive, self-starting approach in investigating current consumer behaviours, iterating processes, and overcoming potential barriers to drive continuous improvements.
  • You will take the needed measures to improve the quality of the product while also using your experience to see any future or immediate risks that may harm business performance.

About You
  • You are someone who has proven experience in data analytics, data visualisation, design-thinking, business experimentation and insights generation, ideally in an FMCG/Consumer facing environment.
  • You are proficient in gathering and defining requirements, translating this into data story-telling reports and insights.
  • You can work with multiple sources of data in a dynamic environment, with a strong attention to detail.
  • We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships, collaborate with several teams, and can communicate in a clear and effective manner.
  • Experience in SQL (Snowflake) and Excel is a must. Having worked with PowerBi and PowerQuery (Dax) is a strong benefit. Python/R-Studio experience is not required but a nice to have.

You will be required to have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role. Relocation support is not available for this position.
