About the role:

Thinking about life after school or perhaps a change in career? Maybe you enjoy fixing things or prefer being outdoors and doing hands-on practical work? Perhaps you are looking for an opportunity to learn a new skill? This Apprenticeship Programme offers you the chance to earn whilst you learn new skills. The National Wind Turbine Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship is for people who wish to pursue a career in the maintenance of large scale commercial wind turbines

This is a 3-year programme, a combination of on and off-the-job training, with on-the job training being spent on learning practical skills at one of our Wind Farms, and off-the-job training at Kerry College. You will be trained in a progressive manner and will get to put your skills into practice during both on and off the job training stages.
