Are you someone who’s passionate about digital marketing, someone who stands apart, thinks differently and just gets it? We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who’ll develop a passionate understanding of our business. Then use their modern digital-savvy skills and relentless energy in ways that help our business to grow.

Here's some of the key skills and experience we're looking for your to bring:

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced marketing environment with a strong working knowledge of key brand concepts related to brand/corporate identity, customer/partner experience,
  • Hands-on experience with the some of the following tools:
    • Google ads platforms (search, YouTube, Discovery, display, PMax etc),
    • Google Analytics, Datastudio, Looker
    • Facebook ads platform (video, image, carousel, stories etc),
    • Contentful
    • Braze
    • Asana
    • Excel
  • You’re a digital native, comfortable with communicating via all forms of digital media and be connected with industry trends
  • Capacity to persuade and be credible at a senior level
  • You champion professionalism and rigour, deliver broad programmes of work with excellence and have a strong eye for detail
  • You’re fast without being thoughtless, and you prefer action to naval-gazing.

This is a new role in the highly regarded Digital team. You'll report to the Senior Digital Lead and have an opportunity to play a pivotal part in building a best-in-class digital function.

You'll work closely with Marketing and Product Managers across the business, navigating our multi-service, matrix model adeptly!

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing and product managers with digital campaign ideation
  • Formalise ad and landing page creative briefs for design and copy teams
  • Manage priorities and workflow with the traffic manager and project tools
  • Brief and coordinate projects undertaken by agencies and contractors
  • Share recommendations to steer optimisation opportunities
  • Support teams across our SEO, CRO and social endeavours
  • Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights to optimise spend and performance to improve ROI
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end experience across multiple channels and touchpoints
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
