We put people first. It’s all about you...

We’re looking for a dynamic, savvy Change Co-ordinator to join our Change & Communications Team. You will lead and manage various change projects from briefing through execution across our Operations function. Your main focus will be ensuring change deploys seamlessly and change drivers are effectively supported with change delivery plans.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects that bring us closer to achieving our business priorities. We are looking for someone who can manage these projects, roll up their sleeves, and get stuck in as/when they need to.

  • You'll be an excellent Change Co-ordinator with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives and deliverables, develop and execute project plans, lead readiness and develop mitigation plans
  • Experience within either the energy or telco sector
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail - project planning and reporting will be second nature. Project management training desirable
  • Working knowledge of resource & project management platforms (knowledge of Asana and Miro is a bonus)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial culture
  • Results-focused, with the capability to navigate through complexity, with demonstrable experience in problem-solving and creative thinking
  • A strong influencer, who can table challenging conversations, with the ability to remove barriers along the way by gaining clear commitment
  • A clear and concise communicator with high integrity, comfortable engaging cross-functional teams
  • Driven, with strong commercial acumen to make things happen, whilst being conscious of the bigger picture
  • Used to working in a multi-disciplinary environment – working collaboratively with senior management, project leads, product owners and various other departments

We deliver progress. What you’ll do and how you will make an impact.

  • Plan and lead the delivery of change projects with a focus on our Telco - Broadband and Mobile businesses / Energy business, making certain that the solutions achieve the right outcome for our business, our customers, our colleagues and our ability to serve
  • You’ll develop and execute cohesive change communication and engagement plans aligned with key business initiatives, ensuring consistent and effective messaging and develop and execute learning initiatives that will support with the launch of change projects
  • You will deliver change to drive adoption, minimise resistance, and maximise employee engagement throughout the change journey.
  • Ensure risk and control stakeholders are engaged with changes being delivered and are providing approvals and endorsement where required
  • You’ll plan, and deliver all change to time, cost and quality
  • You’ll foster a culture of change resilience across the Operations function.
  • You will also support the coordination of ‘business as usual’ initiatives (e.g. price increase notifications / T&C changes) to ensure a seamless experience for customers and colleagues
  • You will have the opportunity to have your own point of view and will be able to share it in the right forums
  • You will have the ability to work across multiple teams and multiple levels of the organisation with ease
  • Drive consistency of approach across projects; using efficient and effective tools and documents, embedding retro’s and lessons learned
  • Develop and manage comprehensive data capture, analysis, and reporting systems for insightful, trends and status reports
  • Provide regular project status reports and proactively identify, track, mitigate and manage project risks and ensuring timely resolution escalation through change governance
  • Establish strong relationships, communicating effectively across a wide range of cross-functional geographically distributed stakeholders, and vendors

We work together. Your team and the people you will work with…

Working as part of the Change and Comms team, and reporting to Operational Change Manager, your role will be pivotal in supporting our change programmes across the business.
