Your New Role…

Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a creative trafficking specialist to join the Subscriber Acquisition Marketing team. This role will be responsible for trafficking the digital marketing assets for sports & entertainment via an automated system.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about television, movies, entertainment, and digital marketing. They will be proficient in performance marketing and creative processes and have holistic understanding of the performance marketing process. This role demands an eye for detail and structure to be successful.


DCO (Dynamic Content Optimisation) is our standard assets delivery process, whereby campaign information, scheduling and creative elements are inputted into a feed (data spreadsheet). The creative assets are coming together automatically within the platform using ready-made templates. This drives efficiency and allows for scaling campaigns across both creative production and media management.

The candidate will be pivotal in ensuring that the correct information is set up in the feed according to the media plan and media requirements. They will also verify the accuracy of the creative output, confirm deliveries to the media teams and communicate with other teams as necessary.

Please note – this is a Maternity Cover contract until January 2026.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Work closely with Creative team/Marketing acquisition team/Global media buying team to populate the feed and streamline workflows and assets delivery
  • Monitor and maintain essential documents (specs, process, workflow, best practice, taxonomy)
  • Manage the Media Drive & Smartly Library housing all creative files for trafficking
  • Generate creative assets using an automation platform
  • QCs assets for specs, correct dimensions and file formats
  • Generate file naming conventions essential for performance measurement
  • Traffic and deliver final files to automation platform or media team
  • Confirm campaign launch has gone live
  • Troubleshooting

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Some work experience in Digital Marketing ecosystem, working with channels such as Social, Display, YouTube, Search, Native and Discovery
  • Hands-on with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Nice to have experience in Dynamic creative optimization tools such as Smartly, Google Web Designer or in feeds management
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of digital creative assets: specs, best practice, creative guidelines
  • Strong communication skill and experience presenting data
Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
