The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell and recruiting new people to our global team. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business leaders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering a first class service to the Business and local Talent Acquisition Advisors
- Gain a thorough understanding of Dells competitors which will enable an excellent knowledge base to build market intelligence
- Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's candidate database
- Build relationships with business leaders, team members, candidates and professional networks
- Gaining market intelligence including an understanding of the talent landscape in targeted geographic regions
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience of direct sourcing recruitment / headhunting
- Highly experienced within recruiting and sourcing for technology companies (IT e.g. Hardware, Virtualisation, Security, Networking, Datacenter, Services or Software)
- Knowledge/experience of recruiting/sourcing in the major EMEA countries
- You will be enthusiastic, driven and enjoy working in a highly motivated team
- Experience of recruiting/ direct sourcing for clients within a RPO organisation or an Executive Search company would be a considerable advantage
