FAQs

1. What is the purpose of these campaigns?

Our Endorsed Employer campaigns will help you position your workplace alongside other Endorsed Employers as leaders in a specific DEI topic—whether it’s flexibility, leadership development, or parental support. They’re designed to build credibility and deepen your brand’s connection with candidates who care about inclusive and equitable workplaces.

2. Who sees these campaigns?

Each campaign is published as a long-form article on the WORK180 blog and permanently displayed on your WORK180 employer profile. These stories become a key part of how potential candidates evaluate your brand when exploring career opportunities—and they continue to attract organic traffic long after they’re first published.

3. Can we review and approve the content before it goes live?

To maintain editorial integrity and ensure consistency across our platform, featured content for these campaigns is not subject to employer review or approval. However, we always use the information you provide through the submission form and apply our expertise to present your brand in the best possible light.

4. What kind of results can we expect?

These campaigns typically attract between 1,000–2,000 readers in their first month, with sustained long-term traffic due to strong SEO performance. On average, 10% of readers click through to the featured employers’ profiles or job listings—well above industry benchmarks for click-through rates from blog content.

5. How much time does it take to participate?

Minimal! All we need is your submission via a short form. From there, our team handles the writing, editing, publishing, and promotion—making it a low-lift, high-impact way to build your employer brand.

6. Can we be featured in more than one topic?

If you have multiple or unlimited Endorsed Employer campaign inclusions in your endorsement package, then you’re welcome to participate in multiple campaigns across the year. Taking part regularly helps build recognition and keeps your brand top of mind for talent aligned with your values.
