Worker Designation – This role is hybrid. This means you will be expected to report to one of our Aflac offices located at CSC- 4th floor in Columbus, Ga for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week. Details of this schedule will be discussed with your leadership.

Education & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree marketing, Business Administration and mass communications or a related field or an equivalent of education and experience.
  • four to six years related experience in a complex business environment involving multiple business issues.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supporting channel teams by developing and executing projects plans for content development, approval, and deployment in the various channels, including coordinating compliance and legal approvals.
  • Assisting with the identification and gathering of key data, metrics and reports pertaining to the performance of B&CS content and performance marketing.
  • Helping produce best in class content to support brand metrics while driving efficiencies in content production and team workflows.
  • Partnering closely with external agencies and internal business partners to deliver against brand marketing KPIs.
  • Works with channel leads to develop and update content tracking reports to support the presentation and socializing of key brand activities across the enterprise.
  • Deploy project management techniques and principles to execute on key brand projects.
  • Acts and/or participates as liaison for B&CS on projects as assigned by channel teams or B&CS leadership.
  • Provide research and analysis support for relevant statistics, marketing trends, product and services information that are important inputs for marketing strategy development.
  • Ensure teams are meeting internal submission deadlines to have content deployed in channels owned by other key business partners (i.e., corporate communications, consumer markets, etc.)
  • Utilize various internal Aflac tools, processes, and systems to seek input and approvals.
  • Communicates clearly and transparently on project status, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Supports departmental leadership on special projects as needed.
  • Develops presentations to support sharing the activities of B&CS with the enterprise.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate. The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $140,000.
