Summary

The Aristocrat Full Potential, Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation of the “Aristocrat Full Potential” (AFP) program. This program is a key overarching global Aristocrat initiative that is a strategic multi-year, multi-functional growth initiative focused on retaining and exceeding current growth rates across Aristocrat and will have tremendous impact across the organization. Under the guidance of the Director - AFP, the candidate will collaborate across Aristocrat with Global, Regional, and Functional Leadership Teams to gather and analyze information to provide key insights to enable decision making to drive new revenue streams, unleash new capabilities and drive cost efficiencies/synergies to invest for the future growth of Aristocrat.

What You'll Do

  • Provide analysis to support key business units globally that are impacted by the AFP program to ensure strong business partnering to support the development of a thoughtful strategy, innovative ideation, and proactively mitigate any potential roadblocks

  • Perform analysis of plans, policies, procedures, and AFP implementation program to enable executive level management to reach an informed consensus underpinned by data, influence and thorough presentation of the investment and return associated with the AFP program

  • Maintain AFP related reporting and processes ensuring update accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.

  • Partner with the leadership to deliver valuable business insights, improvement ideas and assist with project execution

  • Create presentation materials used to communicate analytics and insights to senior leaders

  • Partner with stakeholders to locate, source, and validate data required for analysis and tracking purposes

  • Promote culture of change, productivity and data-based decision making

  • Manage through various ad-hoc reporting deliverables across multiple lines of business

  • Must have ability to “roll-up sleeves” and contribute across all aspects of the value chain (D&D, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.)

  • Effectively build, maintain, and manage stakeholder relationships in order to work across business units to achieve business objectives

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in similar positions

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • High degree of problem solving, advanced analytical, and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to build, maintain, and manage stakeholder relationships

  • Self-motivated, drives to completion/resolution

  • Demonstrable skills in the Microsoft Office Suite; particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Business and industry acumen

  • Attention to details to review large sets of data, financial modelling experience

  • Track record of process improvement initiatives

  • Ability to see the big picture but able to dive into the details when required

  • Commitment to team development and continuous improvement

Travel Expectations


Pay Range
$68,215-$126,686

Pay Rate Type: Salary

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
