Summary

In this role you will be supporting the Production Line and Green Room teams. This role reviews the build schedule to ensure serial and patent plates are completed quickly using engraving laser machine, so as not to delay the production line. Excel sheets with serial info will be maintained and reviewed. This role also works with other teams, such as engineering to ensure drafts and templates are provided for new product introduction. They also work with the Eprom team to ensure software gets packaged for the line correctly. Closing of work orders, flagging issues within QA reports and build schedule will be part of tasks. Supporting the Green Room with scrubs and helping escalate issues will also be an essential task for this role. This is a crucial role where attention to detail is vital to the department's success.

What You'll Do

  • Need to be proficient at operating a computer.
  • Must be able to follow detailed work instructions.
  • Need a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Need to be self-motivated with good attention to detail.
  • Need a very good knowledge of D365.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.
  • Overtime might be required at times.
  • Ability to stand a few hours a day.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with the following programs: Teams, Excel, and Outlook
  • One or more years’ experience in Production/Material movement environment
  • Background in process driven work environment
  • Microsoft D365 experience preferred

Pay Rate Type: Hourly
