The Business Analyst II is responsible for assisting and providing various stakeholders with actionable analytics to help drive value for both Aristocrat and our Customers. The Business Analyst II will support the Sales teams to proactively manage our accounts and will be responsible for implementing strategy and monitoring the execution of fleet management and strategic initiatives. This role will also work with key stakeholders to identify, analyze and monitor game and customer performance through analytics to drive effective business decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Implement strategy and monitor execution for assigned sales territory to proactively provide added value to Aristocrat’s customers by leveraging data and analytics

  • Develop solutions that support commercial and sales strategies as well as promote optimal performance and drive revenue

  • Visualization and reporting of significant analytical findings

  • Engage continually with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Gaming Ops, Finance, etc.) to understand business needs

  • Constantly look for opportunities to innovate or improve current processes to drive value for both internal and external customers

  • Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction through the implementation, investigation, analysis, and relationship building efforts

  • Manage and anticipate all senior management needs, requests and presentation requests

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

  • 3+ years experience in Analytics

  • Experience with the following software:

    • Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

    • BI Tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, or Spotfire

    • SQL Server or similar

  • Advanced level desktop presentation skills

  • Excellent and proven project management skills

  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and customer focused

  • Outstanding oral, written and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with casinos or gaming manufacturers

  • Experience in slot analysis

$62,475-$116,025

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
