As an Application Owner for PLM you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Business Information Systems applications. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of applications that support our end-to-end quote to cash process, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with business objectives. The role requires a strong background in Six Sigma methodologies, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency in our global operations.

What You'll Do

  • Application Ownership:
    • Assume ownership of applications related to PLM
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize application requirements.
  • Six Sigma Methodologies:
    • Utilize Six Sigma principles to identify process improvement opportunities within the PLM/Team Center functions.
    • Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor and analyze application performance metrics to identify areas for optimization.
    • Proactively address issues and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, processes, and improvement initiatives.
    • Generate regular reports on the performance and health of [Department] applications.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Supply Chain Management).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in application ownership and management is preferred
  • Proven experience in applying Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong project management skills.

Pay Range

$186,990 - $347,267 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
