The Manager, Third Party Risk will lead the operationalization of a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Centre of Excellence by implementing and managing a robust TPRM framework and work to strengthen governance and oversight of third party risks across the global enterprise. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams across a global business to enhance and standardize third party risk identification and assessment, promote ongoing compliance, drive operational excellence and foster a culture of TPRM awareness. This position reports to the Director, Enterprise and Third Party Risk.

What You'll Do

  • Operationalize and maintain a standardized TPRM framework aligned with Aristocrat’s Global Risk Management Framework;

  • Standardize risk assessment methodologies to consistently identify and prioritize potential risks arising from third-party relationships;

  • Strengthen governance and oversight of third party risks;

  • Promote ongoing compliance and drive operational excellence in TPRM;

  • Educate stakeholders on TPRM principles and the importance of effective TPRM;

  • Foster a risk aware culture and encourage proactive risk mitigation across the organization; and

  • Partner with key stakeholders globally including Information Security, Privacy, Sourcing, Legal and Supply Chain teams to promote and embed the TPRM program and ensure alignment on TPRM objectives and priorities.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and highly motivated individual who is able to manage multiple competing priorities, and a diverse set of stakeholders. In particular, the Manager, Third Party Risk will:

  • Serve as a key point of contact and subject matter expert for TPRM related needs or inquiries

  • Assist in the response and investigation of incidents or breaches involving third-party vendors

  • Oversee and report on the third-party risk exposures, trends and tracking of related action items

  • Provide risk and control advice to stakeholders across the business

  • Offer insights into risk scenarios, their likelihood and potential consequences

  • Partner with the business to monitor emerging risks and extend risk management principles into the wider business strategy

  • Ensure the quality of documented Risk, Controls and Mitigating Actions

  • Support the design and completion of key risk deliverables on risk exposures, trends and recommendations for the Board, senior management and stakeholders

  • Continuously improve the design and scope of the TPRM framework and processes

  • Lead delivery of risk-related projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Five years plus of applicable experience

  • Knowledge and/or experience of risk management principles, methodologies and tools

  • Experience in establishing and operationalizing TPRM frameworks would be highly valued

  • Qualifications in TPRM, privacy, information security or risk management would be viewed favorably

  • Experience in gaming/technology organizations would be viewed favorably

  • Managed multiple stakeholders and deliverables across tight deadlines

  • Excellent communicator and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to engage with stakeholders of all levels

  • Team player capable of contributing to a collaborative team culture by creating a respectful, inclusive and fun working environment

  • A critical thinker and able to challenge the status quo and drive change

  • Able to work in a fast-paced team environment providing consistent, high quality output.

Pay Range

$88,106 - $163,627 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
