Summary
This position is responsible for auditing incoming car deals for compliance with vehicle sales, responsible for posting deals into the accounting system, verifying all revenue, commissions, and supporting documents with the deals. This position works in the centralized accounting office that supports 4 rooftops with 2 other current car billers.
Schedule - Full-Time, 4-10's

Pay - $23-$30 an hour DOE

Responsibilities
  • Prepares invoices, listing items sold and service provided, amounts due, and credit terms.
  • Issues credit memorandums to indicate returned or incorrectly billed merchandise.
  • Posting of transactions to accounting records such as worksheets, ledger, and computer files.
  • Prepare and files finalized deals.
  • Weekly tracking of deals out.
  • Reconciling office records with sales department.
  • Answer customer inquiries or concerns in person, e-mail, fax or telephone in a professional, customer- focused manner.
  • Maintain a professional, calm manner when communicating with sales consultants and sales managers.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Contribute to and encourage others to demonstrate a team focused, values based, service culture throughout the company.
  • Contribute to effective operations by providing support where and when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • 10-key and the ability to operate other office equipment
  • Two to four years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to follow directions from several managers
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
  • Pre-employment background check, reference check & drug screen is required
