Ground Control Business Management, a subsidiary of NFP, is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of clerical duties to support business management operations. This is a fast-paced, confidential environment, requiring excellent written and communication skills, multi-tasking, and attention to detail. This is a full-time onsite role. The Administrative Assistant will assist in all day-to-day administrative tasks including sorting and scanning all client mail, answering telephones, recording incoming package, and more.
Responsibilities
- Open, sort, and scan all incoming mail to respective teams
- Perform receptionist functions, including greeting guests, and answering and transferring calls
- Record and disperse incoming packages
- Prepare and process all outgoing mail (including FedEx, UPS, USPS, messenger, etc.)
- Stock and deliver supplies as directed
- Ensure office cleanliness and organization
- Arrange meetings and handle set up as requested
- Order and set up in office lunch orders as requested by Operations team
- Update client database, including transitioning client accounts, new employees, etc.
- Additional responsibilities/projects as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent follow through and attention to detail
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
- Ability to work in team setting, exhibiting flexibility and cooperation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret various forms and documents accurately
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong proficiency in and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Must be able to work overtime as needed

The base salary range for this position is $37,000 – $62,000K. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
