Summary of Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative Intern to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in researching potential clients, collaborating on campaign strategies and identifying potential prospects to enhance our market presence.

This is a hybrid position with in-office flexibility 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential business clients and understand market trends. Utilize various research and business tools to gather relevant data.
  • Campaign Development: Assist in building out effective marketing and business development campaigns. Work closely with the healthcare P&C team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Strategy Presentations: Create compelling presentations to outline product offers. Present findings and strategies to healthcare P&C management and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive efforts in business development activities. Participate in meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of business development campaigns and strategies. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for persuasive presentations.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with business research tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 – $25.00 per hour. The hourly rate offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual hourly rate offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
