This hybrid position offers in-office flexibility for a few days a week or can be remote.

Project Duties:

  • Understand business initiatives, strategic plans, and platform architecture to influence project execution
  • Evaluate how system changes will affect workflows, data, and reporting
  • Working with the implementation partners, business, and IT to optimize, and enhance, various technology-based platforms
  • Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to learn and understand Agile framework
  • Establish and maintain relationships with NFP teams, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Provide detailed documentation surrounding requirements and work with the development team and QA team
  • Gathered requirements from stakeholders and communicated business needs with technical details to developers and architects.
  • Perform quality assurance testing and verify that improvements satisfy business requirements.
  • Analyze and map business processes used to identify process gaps
  • Assist in formalizing action plans and workflows to achieve specific business goals and improve overall processes
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and test case design

Skills and Abilities:

  • Willingness to learn a unique combination of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and meticulous with effective time management
  • Should have methodical & creative thought processes, with the ability to quickly adapt
  • Proactive in learning new toolsets to improve process and reporting
  • Making process diagrams and workflows in MS Visio

  • As a Project Management intern, you will gain exposure to how to initiate plans, set budgets, track project activities, communicate achievements to business partners, work with mid to large-sized projects, and recommend techniques and practices that ensure business goals.
