Summary of Role:

Basic Function: This is a part time temporary Intern position. Individual provides administrative and project management support to the Wealth Group. General knowledge of wealth management.

Principal accountabilities:

Essential Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Compilation and production of client meeting materials
  • Support Sales/Marketing needs relating to presentations and RFPs
  • Maintain internal files and databases with all client data
  • Maintain business level data for management
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Attendance at weekly internal meetings, planning sessions and NFP-Sponsored events

  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Innovative and engaging with management to seek out process improvements
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
  • Understanding MS Outlook, Salesforce and internet navigation

Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ experience with finance and/or accounting or related field.

Licensing/Certifications: N/A

Working Conditions: Will work in a climate-controlled office environment.

Physical Demand: Ability to sit at a computer for a long period of time as well in office. Duties require standing, walking, talking, sitting, and hearing.

Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A
