NFP is looking to hire a Receptionist.

As the Receptionist, you will be the face of NFP Wealth Advisors, responsible for leaving an invaluable first impression on all our clients and prospects. Your primary responsibilities will be to answer phones, schedule appointments, and greet clients. Between clients, you will assist our administrative team and advisers with both day-to-day responsibilities and one-of-a-kind projects, giving every task a white glove treatment. Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented, you will be a central part of our team’s success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Greet in-office clients
  • Prepare, receive, and distribute mail
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments and manage calendar
  • Direct vendor and wholesaler inquiries
  • Maintain inventory of office and breakroom supplies
  • Assist with employee recognition and planning company events
  • Design and order holiday cards, business cards, brochures, etc.
  • Maintain a professional and pleasant office environment
  • Document and update client records electronically
  • Scan and organize files
  • Generate and send tax forms to CPAs as requested
  • Assist administrative staff and financial advisers with projects as requested
  • Keep impeccable notes on assigned tasks and projects

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with computers, Word, and Outlook
  • Administrative or customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage deadlines
  • Ability to work with high level of confidentiality

Job Specifics:

  • Full Time
  • 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, M-F
