NFP is hiring a Client Executive. This sales position provides new and existing client partners with the tools and resources necessary to successfully maximize the benefits of our unique insurance program designed for the home equity lending industry. Applicants committed to advancing our team and company objectives will be strengthening our current partner relationships, prospecting for new opportunities within our industry, and building out business with distributors of our program.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Contact 5 new credit union/bank prospects per week and develop measurable follow-up tracking methods.
  • Assist with product trainings for new partners, and refresher trainings for existing partners.
  • Assist with servicing our client partners to include policy, billing and reporting questions.
  • Assist with marketing efforts including but not limited to developing and updating materials, updating existing website and social media, swag items and conferences.
  • Work with internal sales team to develop sales strategies and discuss best practices.
  • Manage existing agent/distributor relationships with assigned agents to include but not limited to:

A. Developing working relationships and providing current product information.

B. Create and adhere to a follow-up schedule to maintain and build relationships.

C. Track/monitor their usage of the product.

D. Develop and maintain a report of their current submissions to track the conversion rate of quotes to policies and follow up to assist with binding the policies.

E. Develop and maintain a report of policy volume and usage and follow up to assist by providing tools to increase premium.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES:

  • Previous experience of inside sales of product to financial institutions (preferably banks and credit unions).
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate with individuals at the Executive level within financial institutions, expressing ideas clearly in both written and oral communications.
  • Effective time management and decision-making skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Diligent follow up skills, and capacity to stay focused with an ever-changing workload.
  • Willingness to be a team player within our organization and able to work with multiple personalities.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma required, college/university a plus but not required.
  • Verifiable sales experience required.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION: N/A

  • Property & Casualty Insurance License not required to apply but must be able to obtain licensing after employment.
