Job Description:
We are seeking a Dev Sec Ops Architect to integrate security into every phase of the software development and operations process, ensuring security is an integral part of the software development life cycle. This role bridges the gap between development, operations, and security teams, fostering a culture of shared security responsibility. Join us to build secure software products and infrastructures, enhancing the overall security posture of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate security practices into the software development life cycle.
- Automate security testing and compliance checks within CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify, evaluate, and address security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to promote security best practices.
- Respond to and manage security incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in programming (Python, Java, Ruby) and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and tools (threat modeling, risk management, encryption).
- Experience securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of network architectures, protocols, and system administration.
- Awareness of legal and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on security trends.

The base salary range for this position is $105,000 – $150,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
