This position is responsible for supporting the Eastern Region HR team and employees. The HR Coordinator will own HR reporting and files maintenance, assist with HR initiatives and processes, and ad hoc projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure employee inquiries are answered and/or properly routed when applicable in a timely and caring manner
- Assist HR Generalists and Coordinators with ad hoc projects, onboarding and offboarding duties, and employee culture initiatives as needed
- Generate and distribute a variety of HR reports for management team, and maintain organizational work charts, employee files, HR trackers and other related activities as assigned
- Work very closely with the HR Generalist of the Eastern Region as well as other members of HR team out in the field
- Assist HR team’s calendars as well as coordinating meetings with multiple people
- Act as backup for HR Generalists and other Coordinator(s) as needed
- Visit local offices 5x per year for event support

Education and/or Experience:
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and MS PowerPoint, SmartSheet a must.
- Prior experience with HRIS system a plus.
- Bachelor degree in a related discipline a plus.
- Ability to make a personal connection over email and explore employee needs all while efficiently navigating resources, systems, and relevant data to deliver employee support.
- Highly organized individual who is meticulous with details.
- Not afraid to ask for help and support to ensure accuracy and high-quality outcomes.

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 – $60,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
