International Insurance Group, a subsidiary of NFP, is hiring an Inside Client Executive.

An Inside Client Executive is a call center agent for online sales and service and emails and tickets for new and existing clients. We are International Insurance Group, located in Flagstaff AZ, with employees in Arizona to California working remotely. We offer Mexico Insurance for tourists, Homeowners insurance, Watercraft and also Travel Medical insurance with Trip cancellation. The business began in 1999, and 8 years ago NFP acquired us. We have a website that allows clients to issue online, which we provide support for.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Inbound and outbound calls related to sales and service

  • Assisting clients with questions related to travel and insurance

  • Working as a team with other agents to ensure SLAs are met with high volume calls

  • Learning call center software and staying up to date on all products

  • Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES:

  • Customer service

  • Time management

  • Self-Prioritization

  • Individual must also possess good analytical skills, problem solving skills, and good communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Attention to details

  • Organization skills

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITIES: N/A

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION:

  • Licensed in Property and Casualty
