Summary: As a Client Service Associate, your primary responsibility is to forge and nurture robust relationships with clients, advisors, and team members across the firm. This dynamic role places you at the forefront of client interaction, addressing a variety of requests such as money movement, account balance inquiries, check re-orders, and charitable giving confirmations, to name a few. You will play a crucial role in managing the flow of client paperwork, ensuring smooth distribution and receipt, while being a reliable point of contact for resolving issues and answering phone calls. Leveraging the power of the CRM application, you will efficiently manage tasks, update client information, and streamline processes, contributing to the overall excellence of client service and support. Your ability to seamlessly blend administrative prowess with personalized client care will be pivotal in delivering an exceptional client experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors and other team members across the firm.
  • Interact directly with clients regarding different types of requests, such as money movement requests, account balances, re-ordering of checks, charitable giving confirmations, etc.
  • Manage distribution/receipt of clients’ paperwork.
  • Answer phone calls, resolve issues, and/or take messages as needed.
  • Utilize CRM application to perform various functions, such as submitting/assigning tasks, running dialogues (onboarding/offboarding of clients, new contract, and RMD requests), creating new contact entries, updating existing contact information, utilizing the dashboard feature to track tasks, running reports, etc.
  • Collaboratively work with other Wealthspire teams, coordinating items such as preparation and submission of client paperwork.
  • Prepare client letters/emails as needed.
  • Assist advisors with scheduling client meetings and calendar management.
  • Confirm appointments directly with clients, via email and/or phone.
  • Perform other duties as and when needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

  • Numerical accuracy and attention to detail (required).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a team environment.
  • Desire to learn, be resourceful, and think outside the box.
  • Professional appearance and manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with any CRM, portfolio management, and document management software is a plus.
  • Continuously exhibits personal integrity and professional initiative and a personable attitude.

Education and/or Experience:

  • College degree (preferred). New grads considered with a business and/or finance-related degree and internship/work experience.
  • 1-2 years of related industry experience (preferred); experience in financial planning and/or the securities industry (helpful).

The base salary range for this position is $53,000 –$65,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
