Our Product Marketing team is at the forefront of strategy and product shaping, ensuring we bring competitive products to market. Now, we’re excited to expand with a new B2B Marketing team. About the Role

As a Group Manager, you will be responsible for building our B2B Marketing program from the ground up, leveraging your extensive experience in marketing to large, national companies. In this critical role, you will collaborate with the Sales and Commercial Operations teams to acquire significant national accounts. By gaining a deep understanding of our customers and evaluating our competitive position, you will identify opportunities to attract new accounts and develop a strategic, hypothesis-driven roadmap.

Your work will involve testing and validating acquisition strategies through cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that both customer and business goals are met. This team leader position, with additional hires planned for Q4, will see you develop and execute highly targeted account-based marketing (ABM) strategies designed to drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing and a deep understanding of ABM principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Build a comprehensive B2B Marketing Playbook to leverage key personas, identify target accounts, and create tailored marketing to address their specific needs and pain points.
  • Design Multi-Channel campaigns across various channels, including events, personalized outreach, email, direct mail, and social media to effectively engage target accounts.
  • Evaluate event marketing that would utilize trade shows, conferences, and webinars to build and nurture relationships with high-value accounts.
  • Work closely with Sales leaders, Sales Enablement and Product Marketing to align on lead criteria, develop sales playbooks, collateral, and training materials, ensuring seamless marketing and sales coordination for a tight sales pipeline.
  • Lead experimentation initiatives and test new marketing hypotheses, execute controlled experiments, and analyze results to refine and scale successful strategies.
  • Plan for future expansion by strategically growing team resources, investing in advanced marketing technologies, exploring new engagement channels, and strengthening sales integration for continued success.

What you'll need

If you don't think you meet all of the criteria below but still are interested in the job, please apply. Nobody checks every box, and we're looking for someone excited to join the team.

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing with a focus on account-based marketing and demand generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a scalable B2B marketing program and execute ABM strategies that deliver measurable business results.
  • Proven ability to partner closely with Sales leaders to drive traffic to and support the Sales pipeline, incorporating events, marketing, and messaging into Sales motions.
  • Skilled at creating comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives, identifying market opportunities, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, ABM tools, and a deep understanding of the B2B landscape and industry trends.
  • Experience in managing and leading marketing teams, including hiring, training, and mentoring, with strong team-building and leadership abilities.
